You’re probably sick of hearing all about Autumn/Fall now, but that doesn’t stop me putting up a blog post all about my favourite Autumn nail polishes. Autumn’s well underway. Pumpkin spice lattes are everywhere, everybody’s getting excited for Halloween and I’ve pulled out all the leather and (faux) fur in my wardrobe.
Honestly is there a nail polish that screams Rachel Green from Friends era more than this? Probably not. This colour isn’t for everyone, as it is very much a Kylie Jenner lips colour. Essie Nail Polishes are quite expensive as nail polishes go, but I can’t help but feel that this colour is made for Autumn. I have spoken about whether Essie polishes are worth the price previously here.
I can’t stop going on about these nail polishes. They are so good and they’re super long lasting. The formula is neither thick nor thin, the brush is quite small (which I prefer) and it just ticks all the boxes. Plus they dry quick, hooray! I love this colour, as it’s such a deep purple/burgundy hybrid. Leaning more on the purple side of things.
Black Cherry is the ultimate dark, deep red shade. These Barry M nail paints aren’t for everyone as they are more like gel formulas, quite thick. I don’t apply more than one coat for my nails as these are super opaque. Lasting wise is average, they chip after a few days, but I think the colour alone justifies this purchase.
This is a very dusky pink shade. It’s more of a pink nude and is the same formula as the other Maybelline shade. I’m an absolute sucker for a dusky pink nude on my nails as they just look so classy! Or at least I think they do.
So there you have it! My favourite nail polishes at the moment. What are yours at the moment?
